Offering a wide range of services including Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's), detailed Floor Plans, Inventories, SAP Assessments and Air Pressure Testing for residential, commercial and public sectors for both new and existing buildings.
We are a member of SAVA (Surveyors and Valuer's Accreditation) who regulate Home Inspectors and residential property Surveyors who carry out the Home Buyers Condition Survey, Home Condition Report and Energy Performance Certificates. SAVA is a Government approved regulator of Home Inspectors and all its Surveyors have Diplomas in Home Inspection and Energy assessment as well as clearing a full Criminal Records Bureau check.
ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES
Energy Performance Services provides EPC's for properties in the UK.
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required by law when a building is constructed, sold or put up for rent, providing information on the energy efficiency of the property.
SAP ASSESSMENTS & REPORTS
Energy Performance Services provide SAP assessments & reports for properties throughout the UK.
SAP EPCs are required for all newly constructed dwellings from 6th April 2008 before a building control completion certificate can be issued.
